The Story of Pippi

Pippi Longstocking, written by Astrid Lindgren, was first published in 1947. It has been translated in several languages and now it is translated in Urdu.

OLOMOPOLO Media, in collaboration with the Embassy of Sweden, Swedish Institute and The Astrid Lindgren present Pippi Ki Kahani, a collection of 10 stories being read by Sania Saeed, Nadia Afgan, Samiya Mumtaz, Mina Malik-Hussain and Fawad Khan.

I was the director for this series and I also dabbled in the sound design for this project. The first episode was released on 11 August, 2021 on the Embassy of Sweden in Pakistan's Facebook.
